Refund policy

ELIGIBILITY

Hair extensions and wigs must be unopened and in their original packaging. Extensions and wigs must not be used, washed, cut, colored, or have the lace cut.

Requests for refunds or exchanges must be made within 15 days of purchase.

 

Refund Process:

Contact customer support with order details and reason for return. If eligible, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees and associated charges are non-refundable. Refunds processed within 15 business days after receiving the returned item.

 

Exchange Process:

Contact customer support with order details and reason for exchange. If eligible, instructions will be provided for the exchange. Customer is responsible for shipping costs. Replacement item sent upon receipt of the returned item.

 

Exceptions:

Used, washed, cut, colored, or altered extensions or wigs are not eligible for return or exchange. Extensions and wigs must meet the eligibility criteria.

Manufacturing defects should be reported immediately for return or exchange.
